How I got here
Twenty-four years ago I started where most people in technology start — figuring out how systems work and how to make them work better. What followed was a career spanning some of India's most recognised technology companies: Wipro, HCL, Capgemini, and others. I led infrastructure programmes, managed enterprise accounts worth tens of millions, and ran service delivery at scale across financial services, healthcare, and cloud infrastructure. The work taught me one thing above all others: the bigger and more complex a system, the more it depends on assumptions that nobody has questioned.
At some point in those 24 years, one such assumption became impossible to ignore. Every defensive architecture I encountered — every firewall, every SIEM, every Zero Trust framework — assumed that what it was protecting stayed still long enough to protect. The attack surface was treated as a fixed object. The attacker was treated as the dynamic element. I started wondering what would happen if you flipped that assumption entirely. What if the surface never stayed still? Not because you patched it, not because you monitored it — because it mutated, cryptographically, on every access event.
That question became Adaptive Cryptographic Surface Engineering — ACSE. A year of design, engineering, formal verification, and red-team evaluation later, the Indian Patent Office published the invention: application IN202641070690, Journal No. 25/2026, 19 June 2026. I am now in the earliest stage of what comes next: taking that invention from a patent and a working codebase into the world. That is the work of a founder. So that is what I am becoming.

Deploying ACSE-PME on a live AWS environment, publishing the full architecture, and opening it to open adversarial attack for 30 days. All telemetry published regardless of outcome.

Grounded in tradition
The ten mutation profiles in KāliCore each carry the name and nature of one of the ten Dasa Mahavidya forms of the Divine Mother — Mā Kāli, goddess of time and transformation, being the governing intelligence of the engine itself. The architecture is philosophical, not just technical.
Behind it is a lived devotion: to Mā Adya Maha Kāli, whose grace has guided and protected this journey at every stage, and to Mahākāla Bhairava — the Lord beyond Time itself and guardian of the threshold, Kshetrapala — whose presence has been felt through every crossing of one. The technical and the sacred have never been separate things.
